Personalised Items

Because many of our products are custom made or personalised, we are generally unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Please double check spelling, colours, and design choices before placing your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

Photos may be requested so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Change of Mind

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind on personalised or custom-made items.

For non-personalised products, please contact us within 7 days and we will do our best to assist.

Shipping Policy

At BohoMama, many of our products are personalised or made to order, so please allow time for us to create your item before it is sent.

Processing Time

Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days.For personalised or custom orders, processing may take 3–7 business days.

Please note that turnaround times may vary depending on order size, customisation requirements, or busy periods.

Shipping Within New Zealand

We currently ship nationwide within New Zealand.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• North Island: 1–3 working days

• South Island: 2–4 working days

• Rural addresses: Allow an extra 1–2 working days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
