    Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind on personalised or custom-made items.

    Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days.For personalised or custom orders, processing may take 3–7 business days.

    Please note that turnaround times may vary depending on order size, customisation requirements, or busy periods.


    Shipping Within New Zealand

    We currently ship nationwide within New Zealand.

    Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

    • North Island: 1–3 working days

    • South Island: 2–4 working days

    • Rural addresses: Allow an extra 1–2 working days

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.


    Tracking

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
